sime - because:: it is the only park around here. Not as many dogs as in Mauerpark,
but:: the dog-density is higher than in Mauerpark.
You can also just go to this bar - or hang around in front of the door - until
the doorman complains - or the police - or both. And then you can still go to
the park - or to the Döner Kebab to buy a six-pack - and then go to the park.
