The bilderbook-visitor used to live close to Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz - and missed to take photos of the area when it was still his neighbourhood. So he asked me if i could go there and dedicate an album to Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz - of cause i did.

It took some time - but finally i went there and took even more pictures then rewuested: Berliner Strasse, Bundesplatz, Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz und Walter-Schreiber-Platz. On the one hand these are Subway-Stations of the Line-9, that's why this album is called U9. On the other hand this area is still vry familiar to me, because i used to work around here as a Pizza-Taxi-Driver. When i first arrived in Berlin, about 10 years ago, i needed a Job, i had a car - and i wanted to see some parts of the city i wouldn't visit otherwise. So i became a Pizza-Taxi-Driver and this album shows a part of my former hunting ground.
